Founding partner Robert A. Byrd has practiced bankruptcy and creditors' rights on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1980, guiding numerous Chapter 11 reorganizations, from farmers and contractors to coast casinos and hotels.
He has served as General Counsel for the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center for more than thirty years, and in 2020 was appointed by the United States Trustee to serve as a Subchapter V Trustee under the Small Business Reorganization Act.
