The Firm

Built for the matters other firms treat as a sideline.

Businesses, lenders, and individuals often face challenges that require more than general legal support. Byrd & Wiser was built to address that gap.

Businesses, lenders, and individuals often face legal challenges that require more than general legal support; they need focused guidance in commercial and financial matters. Many firms take a broad approach, which can make it difficult to know whether your situation is truly a fit. Byrd & Wiser Attorneys at Law was built to address this gap, with a clear focus on commercial litigation, creditor representation, and related legal services.

With more than 100 years of combined experience and Chapter 11 work dating back to 1987, clients gain guidance shaped by real-world legal challenges. From our Biloxi office, we support clients across the Mississippi Gulf Coast, including Gulfport and Ocean Springs, and serve clients statewide in Mississippi, particularly in creditor representation and complex financial matters.
